St. Anne’s Point is an important part of Wolastoqey history and is currently being advanced through the Joint Reserve Creation process. This session will provide an opportunity to learn about the history of the site, discuss potential governance and stewardship approaches, explore future uses for the land, and contribute ideas for its future name.
This session is meant for participants in the Matawaskiye, Neqotkuk, and Wotstak area. Travel will be provided for those coming from Matawaskiye and Wotstak.
