Treaty Day is an opportunity to recognize and reflect on the sacred agreements made between our ancestors and the Crown, agreements rooted in peace, friendship, mutual respect, and shared responsibility. As we gather, we honour the strength and resilience of Wolastoqey people, celebrate our history and culture, and reaffirm our commitment to upholding and educating others on the ongoing importance of Treaty relationships for future generations.
